By doing so, a teacher could put a stop to students who are involving themselves in these dangerous activites or fixing the bad habit of stealing. It has come to my attention that parents often complain about why their child bring such heavy bags to school everyday.
Is it really true that the reason behind it is because of dealing with too much subjects? All in all, a random inspections is part of a disciplinary action that should be done by the school.

I strongly believe that not only it should be done but it should also be encouraged to ensure safety of students. The first thing that should be considered is what kind of school it is and the school history of problems. I mean it is absolutely unnecessary for our school to conduct inspections because we are good students and we rarely cause problems.
However, routine inspections and also surprise inspections should be conducted to a school with a majority of juvenile students. Maybe inspections should only be done to students who are regular troublemakers or students who look suspicious. I would disagree if our school starts doing inspections every morning. Those precious minutes can be used to do more beneficial things. Workers who fail the tests are not allowed to work until they test clean. Food plant workers should wear hairnets that contain and cover all the hair and ears. Many operations also mandate that workers wear bump caps. Management should also consider the type and color of hair restraints that they buy. Workers often feel that hairnets with wider mesh are more comfortable. Many operations also purchase hairnets that are white in color, which allows them to easily see whether workers are not only wearing their hairnets but also wearing them properly.
The garments that food plant workers wear vary widely. Some plants allow their workers to wear street clothes, whereas others provide complete uniforms. Street clothes are not a good idea, as one can never tell where employees were before coming to work.

Once in a while you get shown the light, in the darkest of places if you look at it right. I don't know if it is a standard, but from what I understood was if the locker wasn't already open they couldn't look.
Also, in my past experience food was never to be stored in our personal locker. We had a separate area to store our lunch boxes on open racks. Not sure if this will help because it isn't SQF and it's on the packaging side, however; here goes If this is true for the packaging standards I would find it hard to believe that it isn't true for the food standards.
